Job Description:

– Position: Pilates Instructor

– Employer: CHRIS KIM HEALTH GROUP INC. dba Inspine Therapy

– Work Location: 2404 St Johns St, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B1

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Plan a Pilates program based on posture and functional ability.

– Demonstrate exercises and provide body postural assessment.

– Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall health benefits exercises.

– Conduct group and private Pilates sessions, tailoring workouts to meet the goals of clients.

– Monitor client’s progress, provide ongoing feedback and keep logs.

– Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Pilates instructing.
