Responsibilities
Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods, icings and frostings according to recipes
Bake mixed dough and batters
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Operate machinery
Organize and maintain inventory
Administer first aid in emergency situations
Food safety/handling skills
