Number of work hours: 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent
Benefits: 4% of gross salary and 10 days paid vacation.

Duties:
- Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company and its staffs in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of program improvement or policy development.
- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, or sales.
- Direct and coordinate an organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans and activities, the selection of directors and other senior level staff, and establishment and organization of major department.
- Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
- Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal and state agencies, and other organizational entities.
- Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs.
Requirements:
- A completion of bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required. Any further higher education would be considered an asset.
- More than 5 years of experience as a middle manager in hospital management/administration, health care sector, or other related fields is required
- Ability to identify complex problems and review information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
