Due to the company’s business needs, we need 3 construction labour to join us.

Construction Labour

Vacancy:

3 positions

Job Type:

Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary:

$20.00 /hour

Location: Edmonton and nearby areas

 

Responsibilities:

Assist roofers;

Prepare materials, equipment and tools needed for construction;

Cleaning, repair and maintenance of daily work equipment, tools and machinery;

Mixing, pouring and spreading materials;

Clean up garbage, hazardous materials and debris;

Prepare the construction site and remove the old structure from the roof;

Erection and dismantling of temporary structures, etc. under safe conditions;

Assist in the transportation and operation of machinery and equipment;

Directing traffic on or near a construction site;

Follow health and safety regulations.

 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Facing the computer for a long time

Moving heavy objects

Working at heights

Safety shoes required

 

Requirements:

No formal education required;

Experience is an asset, however on the job training will be provided.
