JANAMJIT HOLDINGS INC. o/a DAIRY QUEEN restaurant located at 192 Ordze Avenue, Sherwood Park, Alberta T8B 1M6 is accepting applications for the position of FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORS.
$18.65 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time, shift hours.
Completion of secondary education is required. 1 year to 2 years work experience in the food service industry is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion the food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Address customers’ complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for the cook. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
