Position title: Project Manager
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $44.71/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start date: as soon as possible

Location of work: Lower Mainland, BC
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
Experience: minimum 2 years of construction management experience

TASKS:
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
Operate CADD and other computer software systems
Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
Plan and manage budgets
Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Prepare reports

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIALIZATION:
AutoCAD
MS Excel
Autodesk REVIT
Project management

Must have valid driver’s licence and willing to travel to job sites.
