Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Provide outstanding food and beverage service to customers

·         Approach with the best possible solutions when encountered with potential conflicts/issues, such as customer complaints

·         Maintain the quality of food/customer services

·         Establish and coordinate work shifts/schedules of staff

·         Supervise the work activities of staff in food and beverage serving/preparation

·         Perform daily inventory counts and recordkeeping of both necessary and wasted supplies/stock

·         Estimate and places orders to the vendors for required food ingredients and other related supplies

·         Make effort to eliminate and minimize any unnecessary expenses

·         Maintain sanitary environment and excellent food and service

·         Assist in the process of hiring/recruitment and the development of restaurant procedures, when required

·         Train new staff in job duties, workplace safety and sanitation, etc.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

Ÿ   Completion of high school education

Ÿ   At least 1-2 years of previous work experience in food service industry

Ÿ   Previous experience in a supervisory role

Ÿ   Flexibility; Organized; Team player; Reliability

Wage

Ÿ   Salary: $17.50 to 18.00 per hour for 30-40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
