Wage: $24.04 per hour

Number of Work Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours / per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Descriptions:

 

·          Oversee, organize, and plan the tasks of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage items

·          Manage specified inventory and order stock

·          Develop strategies to meet deadlines and synchronize operations with other divisions.

·          Address operational challenges and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and product standards.

·          Provide training to employees on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and policies.

·          Offer suggestions for personnel decisions such as recruitment

·          Compile production and various reports as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

·           Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

·           Experience: Minimum one to two years of experience in the food or beverage processing sector is required.
