Overview
Looking to hire a PMO manager, or engineering department manager
Experience:
- More than five years in managing telecommunication projects.
- More than two years working as the Project Management Office (PMO) manager.
- More than five years in design, build, and delivery of various types of ICT infrastructure projects.
- More than five years in Civil Construction, Tetra, fiber optics passive networks, Fiber/Civil construction (OSP, ISP, FTTx), telecommunications, cell towers, field services, FTK rollout, and data centers.
- Proven experience in Performance Management
- Proven experience managing, designing, and installing fiber optic networks connecting different locations; each location can be 2,000 Km or more of Fiber Optic Cable (OC).
- Key Performance Indication Management certification (KPI-Professional Certification)
- PMO Certification (P3O, IPMO-P)
Detailed Skills and Duties
- Proven experience managing several projects simultaneously, where one or more projects are considered significant in size, complex in delivery, and require different skills and resources.
- Manage Time, Quality, and Delivery using different project management tools.
- Ability to discuss projects at a director level.
- Ability to handle high demand and large number of projects simultaneously.
- Ability to assign work to the company staff and subcontractors.
- Ability to respond to the tender promptly.
- Ability to use more resources from an ongoing project to participate in the tendering without impacting the project’s progress.
