Fairdeal Services Ltd. located in Surrey, BC, is looking for self-motivatedand enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join its team as soon as possible
Job Description
Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of
information internally.
Answer and relay all the inquiries and messages received from telephone calls and emails.
Prepare and write invoices to the customers.
Request and order office materials and supplies when needed and maintain inventory.
Modify, develop, update internal office procedures when required.
Prepare and write minutes of meetings and share the information within the workplace.
When employer requests, arrange travel schedules and make reservation for a business trip.
Compile data, statistics and other information

Job Requirement
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries
OR
1 year of related work experience

Language: English

Job Location: Unit 3,17537 56 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3S1C4

Salary: $23.10/Hour (40 hours/ Week)
