Job Description:

Title:                            Administrative Assistant

Working Location:      104-5888 Trapp Ave, Burnaby, BC V3N 5G4

Business Location:      Same as above

Wage:                          $25.00 per hour

Benefit:                        10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation fee renumeration

Working Hours:          30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

 

– Prepare correspondence including statements, forms, reports, presentations, applications and other documents

– Use general account knowledge to check and process invoices

– Receive, sort and distribute daily emails, mails, and other materials to staff

– Schedule an organize appointments and meetings of business partners

– Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages

– Provide customer service over the phone and in person, with our client, and departments

– Maintain an order supplies for each department of company

 

Requirements:

 

Education:       Completion of secondary school is required

Experience:     Completion of one-or-two year college or other program for administrative assistants

OR,

At least 6 months to one year of administrative experience
