Overview

Schedule:

·         40 hours per week

·         8-hour shift

·         Monday to Friday

·         Weekend

·         Overtime

Salary:

·         $28.39 to $30.00 per hour, negotiable.

·         Overtime pays available.

Job Description:

·         Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools,

·         Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs,

·         Assist in demolishing buildings,

·         Assist co-workers with measuring, cutting, assemblies and installations of various construction materials including but not limited to lumber, plywood, concrete, etc.,

·         Mix, pour and spread materials,

·         Put together and take apart temporary structures,

·         Operate, clean, and maintain construction equipment and machines,

·         Perform site clean-up,

·         Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites,

·         Handle materials, prepare work areas, and other duties as required,

·         Report on milestones and delays to supervisors.

Requirements:

·         Completion of a high school diploma or its equivalent,

·         6 to 12 months of previous experience in construction/renovation industry is preferred, training will be provided,

·         Language of work: English

·         Self-motivated and have a positive professional attitude,

·         Good problem-solving skills,

·         Good communication skills,

·         Be a team player and able to listen and execute directions effectively,

·         Physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
