Permanent Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Overtime, Weekend.

Wage Rate: $27.50 per hour, for 37.5 hours per week.

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Languages: English

Work Setting: Food service establishment

Job Duties:

 

• Trains newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists™ in their tasks and responsibilities.

• Practices inventory control standards.

• Inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.

• Schedules and supervises staff as needed.

• Performs paperwork duties as needed.
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operation of location including staff management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Follow company’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards.
