We, Health Plus One, are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time retail supervisor.

Position: Retail Supervisor
Employment Terms and Conditions: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning,Day, Evening, Shift , Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined
Hourly Wage: $20.00 – $22.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 1430 2 Ave, Suite 101, Canmore, AB T1W 1M9

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Oversee the overall customer service and operational functions, including sales, cashiering merchandising, etc.
• Monitor sales and inventory trends to forecast sales and maintain adequate stock levels
• Ensure exceptional customer service is achieved by exceeding service targets and key performance indicators
• Supervise and co-ordinate work schedules and work activities of store clerks/staff
• Describe and sell the products to customers
• Ensure merchandise is neat and clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain the security of the store and Health and Safety requirements
• Oversee in-store merchandise such as payouts and promotions
• Handle customer complaints and any other issues/problems
• Prepare sales reports as required
• Other relevant duties as needed

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Secondary school diploma
• At least 7 months of previous work experience in the retail industry
• Previous experience in in sales and customer service or a supervisory role
• Excellent customer service/handling skills;
• Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customers/vendors;
• Ability to supervise store clerks
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills;
• Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Reliability, Organized, Accurate, Flexibility

Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
