Overview

Herald Language College, Vancouver location, as our business has been growing, we are developing the programs (IELTS to SAT, GRE, TOEFL, supplementary programs for IB and AP courses etc.). Due to our expansion, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant.

 

Job Description:
Title of the position: Administrative Assistant

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Number of Opening: 2

Working hours: 30-40 hours per week

Wage: $25.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Language of work: English

 

Duties:

ž   Receive and respond to daily emails.

ž   Handle requests for information and dates.

ž   Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.

ž   Resolve administrative problems and inquires.

ž   Receive and record payments.

ž   Arrange meetings with students with regarding the inquires.

ž   Organize students’ files and forward to responsible colleagues.

 

Job Requirements:
Education:       Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience:        Completion of a one or two-year college or other programs as an administrative assistant

OR

the equal amount of previous clerical experience is required.

Language:       English
