HKS Construction Ltd. is looking for an administrative  assistant to join our team and grow together!

 

Employer: HKS Construction Ltd.

Position: Administrative assistant (NOC 13110)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week)

Hourly Wage: $26.00-$29.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 4310 Macleod Trail SW #201, Calgary, AB T2G 0A4

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries

·         Greet and assist visitors in a proper manner

·         Organize and schedule visits/appointments

·         Plan and confirm meetings

·         Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

·         Organize and record invoices, bills and/or

·         Prepare and submit regularly scheduled reports

·         Submit and reconcile expense reports

·         Order office supplies and keep the inventory record

·         Responsible for maintaining office policies and procedures

·         Develop and maintain a filing system

·         Other duties as requested

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·         More than 1 year of work experience in an office environment

·         Strong organization and great written and oral communication skills

·         Well organized, Team player, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills

 

Business Equipment and Computer Applications:

Spreadsheet; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word; Electronic scheduler; Electronic mail; MS Office; MS Outlook; Adobe, etc.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail
