Rocky Mountain Sparkle is looking for a full-time cleaning supervisor who can join our busy team!

Business Location: 17 – 1431 40 AVE NE, CALGARY, AB, T2E 8N6

Position: Cleaning supervisor

Wage: $25.00 per hour for 30-40 hours

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Day, Shift, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Check cleaning equipment condition.

·         Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.

·         Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.

·         Handle complaints and feedback from clients.

·         Handle reassignment of tasks when needed.

·         Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.

·         Implement work plans.

·         Inspect work done by cleaners.

·         Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.

·         Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.

·         Plan out work schedule for cleaners.

·         Provide help and guidance to immediate reports.

·         Solve operational problems and make decisions.

·         Submit daily cleanliness report.

·         Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications

Ÿ   Secondary (senior high) school Diploma

Ÿ   7 months to 1 year of previous experience in a related position

Ÿ   Organized, Reliability, Team player, Judgement, Initiative, Flexibility, Client focus
