We, Cutey N Coolty are looking for full-time Marketing specialist to join our busy team.

Position: Marketing specialist

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning, Day

Hourly Wage: $ 35.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: #H0004 3625 Shaganappi Trail NW Calgary AB T3A 0E2

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

·         Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

·         Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

·         Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

·         Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

·         Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail etc.)

·         Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

·         Update the website regularly

·         Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements:

·         College/CEGEP in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or other related field

·         Previous (2-3 years) work experience in related field

·         Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player
