We, Momentum Clothing, are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time retail supervisor.

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Employment Terms and Conditions: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined

Hourly Wage: $21.63 – 23.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 735 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 0B3

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Oversee the daily operations of the store

·         Supervise and co-ordinate work schedules and work activities of store clerks/staff

·         Describe and sell the products to customers

·         Monitor sales and inventory trends to forecast sales and maintain adequate stock levels

·         Ensure exceptional customer service is achieved by exceeding service targets and key performance indicators

·         Ensure merchandise is neat and clean and ready to be displayed

·         Maintain the security of the store and Health and Safety requirements

·         Oversee in store merchandises such as payouts and promotions

·         Handle customer complaints and any other issues/problems in store

·         Prepare sales reports as required

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Secondary school diploma

·         Previous retail experience (1-7 months or more)

·         Excellent customer service/handling skills;

·         Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customers/vendors;

·         Ability to supervise sales clerks

·         Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills;

·         Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Reliability, Organized, Accurate, Flexibility
