I2T2 is a new technology company focusing on helping businesses make more intelligent business decisions by customizing systems as well as exploiting data. Located in Prince Edward Island, we are a technology-based company that finds solutions to solve the problems of knowledge transfer and communications for small and medium businesses. We are trying to create an Artificial Intelligent Machine to provide businesses with meaningful guidance based on intelligence driven from analytics by building a knowledge base using hardware and software tools, processing data by case study, and self-learning.

 

Position descriptions:

Since our company have expanded the sales of our products to the Chinese market, we are looking for a company trainer who is familiar with the Chinese market to train our internal staff on promoting our products to potential customers in China. The candidate must have sound engineering knowledge as well as experience in providing training.

 

Job duties:

Ÿ   Conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

Ÿ   Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

Ÿ   Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

Ÿ   Conduct staff training and development programs through classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Ÿ   Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

Ÿ   Arrange and conduct ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.

Ÿ   Review and evaluate training programs for compliance with government standards.

Ÿ   Maintain records of course content, instructor details, and training statistics

Ÿ   Prepare training budget for department or organization.

 

 

Skills requirements:

Ÿ   A bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.

Ÿ   A master’s degree in a related engineering field is preferred.

Ÿ   Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs.

Ÿ   Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complicated concepts in plain language.

Ÿ   Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
