Ice Mahogany Inc. operating as Dairy Queen is looking for Food Service Supervisors. We are located at Unit 510, 7 Mahogany Plaza SE, Calgary, Alberta, T3M 2P8. We are looking for three Food Service Supervisors to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The Food Service Supervisor is a permanent and full-time position.
Duties of the Food Service Supervisor include:
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Prepare and submit reports
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
Skill and Education Requirements
- Completion of Secondary (high) school
- Completion of college program in food service preferred
- Six months or more of experience
