J.A.Z. Stucco & Contracting LTD. is looking for interior design project manager to join our team and grow together!
Position: Interior design project manager (NOC 52121)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, To be determined
Hourly Wage: $30.00-32.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 7028 TEMPLE DR NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 4E5
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Oversee various assigned project at all levels to ensure design, schedule and budget is maintained until completion
· Coordinate and supervise all personnel (consultants, subtrades, etc.) on quality of work, scheduling, scope of work, and contracts.
· Maintain a high level of client relationship to build for a long term relationship
· Delegate work to the various personnel
· Make sure all trades are aware any changes, added scope and ensure schedule is being followed
· Assist team on construction process, documentation, scope of work, and past experiences to build up team members
· Support accountant on invoicing management
· Ensure all safety guidelines
· Other Responsibilities but not limited to the following: Filing and Document Systems, Email & Phone communications
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
· College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
· 2-3 years of previous work experience in interior design or a related field is required.
· Knowledge of interior trend & technology, and the methods and safety requirements applicable to the work.
· Team player, Accurate, Client focus, Initiative, Organized, Efficient interpersonal skills
Computer and technology knowledge:
– Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
– Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure
