Position: Apprentice Butcher

Wage: $23.00/per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week

Number of Positions: 2

Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

·         Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry as directed by butchers

·         Cut and pack to present at the self-serve counter according to manual

·         Display meat, poultry

·         Clean and sanitize immediate work station

·         Weigh meat, poultry to price label.

·         Perform other duties as directed by butchers

 

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: No formal experience is required as on job training is provided. But 1 month to 6 months of experience is preferred.

Language: English
