Education requirement: Completion of Secondary (high) school education
Work experience requirement: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a similar profile.
Computer knowledge: Candidate should be well versed with MS office

Job responsibilities and duties

* Support company operations by maintaining office systems, inventory and supervising staff.
* Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
* Ensure proper coordination between management, sales, dispatchers and field staff.
* Receiving and processing communication channels including emails, regular mail and other documents.
* Complete operational requirements by scheduling, assigning work to employees and following up on assigned tasks.
* Keep management informed by preparing and analyzing reports, and identifying trends.
* Scheduling and arranging meetings with clients.
* Help management in recruiting and training employees.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
