Job Description:

– Position: Kitchen Manager

– Employer: JJ Harmony Enterprises Inc. dba Little Mountain Sushi

– Work Location: 46675 Yale Rd #102, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2R8

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $20.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Oversee, organize, and manage the tasks of staff responsible for food preparation, portioning, and serving.

– Estimate ingredients and supplies for food preparation.

– Develop work schedules and protocols for operation.

– Keep records of inventory, sales, and maintenance.

– Provide training to staff on their duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

– Ensure that both food and service adhere to quality control standard.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR two to three years of experience in food service is required.
