Job Description:

 

Job Title: Cook

Employer: JJ Harmony Enterprises Inc. dba Little Mountain sushi

Business address: 46675 Yale Rd #102, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2R8

Work Location: Same as above

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Vacancy: 3

Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week

Wage: $17.62 – $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

 

– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as tempura, noodle, teriyaki, katsu, hot donburi and etc.

– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

– Cook food according to recipes.

– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.

– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education: Completion of high school is required

Experience: 2-3 years or more commercial cooking experience as a cook
