Wage Offered: $22.00 hourly

Experience Required: At-least 1 year of work experience in a supervisory position or as a security guard

Minimum Education: High School (Grade 12)

Job Location: The incumbent will work in Merritt, British Columbia and supervise security personnel posted at various client locations in Meritt, BC

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and review work of security guards
– Oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security guard staff
– Supervising security guard staff members
– Documenting any abnormal occurrences on a security job site, if any
– Perform the same duties as security guards, when required
– Resolve issues at security sites such as security guard no show issues, responding to any abnormal occurrences reported by security guard staff etc.
– Conduct training for new hires and current security guard staff members
– Prepare and submit appropriate security related reports on job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Implements security protocols for all assigned security facilities
– Provides specialized security and monitor access to limited and restricted access areas of assigned security places and facilities
– Conducts regular walkthroughs and security inspections of assigned facilities
– Perform any other relevant supervisory tasks and duties required or assigned by management
