Overview
Job Duties
- Answer telephone, email, and webform inquiries.
- Greet clients, ascertain the nature of an enquiry and direct clients to appropriate consultants.
- Prepare and send postal mail and track deliveries.
- Create and organize client electronic and physical folders.
- Fill out forms and draft and edit correspondence.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for consultants with clients.
- Schedule and supervise Zoom/Teams meetings, including recordings and making notes.
- Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents and provide clients with payment instructions.
- Prepare invoices and receipts for clients.
- Make reservations for accommodation and air or ferry bookings.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Other administrative tasks.

Language

Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
Wage
- $24.95/h
- Work hours: 30-35 hours a week.
- Vacation and overtime payment.
Canadian, Permanent residents and those who are authorized to work in Canada only.
Starts as soon as 2024-03-30
