Job Duties  

  • Answer telephone, email, and webform inquiries.
  • Greet clients, ascertain the nature of an enquiry and direct clients to appropriate consultants.
  • Prepare and send postal mail and track deliveries.
  • Create and organize client electronic and physical folders.
  • Fill out forms and draft and edit correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for consultants with clients.
  • Schedule and supervise Zoom/Teams meetings, including recordings and making notes.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents and provide clients with payment instructions.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts for clients.
  • Make reservations for accommodation and air or ferry bookings.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Other administrative tasks.

Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience


  • $24.95/h
  • Work hours: 30-35 hours a week.
  • Vacation and overtime payment.

Canadian, Permanent residents and those who are authorized to work in Canada only.

Starts as soon as 2024-03-30
