Overview

Start date: As soon as possible                             Pay- $17/hr

Hours: Full time 35 hours/week                          Shift: Morning, Evening, Overtime, Weekends

Number of Positions- 2

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May set up and oversee buffets
May clean kitchen and work area
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,and monitor and order supplies
May hire and train kitchen staff

Required languages:  English, Punjabi, Hindi
Education level: Secondary High school certificate required
Required skills: 1 years to less than 2 years related experience
Additional skills / Assets: attention to details, multi tasking, familiar with kitchen operations
