Position: Office Manager (NOC 13100)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon

Hourly Wage: 29.50-30.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 14260 28 Avenue SW Edmonton, AB T6W 3Y9

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Provide and conduct administrative duties for stable business operations such as budgeting, contracting, project/event planning and management processes

·         Set up work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed

·         Carry out administrative activities of establishment

·         Organize and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

·         Prepare regular and special reports and correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, etc.)

·         Maintain management databases and records accordingly followed company rules/procedures

·         Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

·         Plan, organize and confirm business meetings and/or seminars

·         Maintain inventory, manage office supplies, and place orders

·         Train/supervise office assistants when needed

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         College diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience)

·         Several (3-5) years of work experience in business office settings

·         Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Reliability

·         Computer and technology knowledge; Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Attention to detail, Large workload, Tight deadlines
