Position: Construction Technician

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week), Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift

Hourly Wage: $30/hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Primary Work Location: 170 Pinetrail Cres, Nepean, ON K2G 5B9

Responsibilities

Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations
Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
Prepare engineering designs and drawings
Prepare project schedules
Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials
Read and interpret blueprints

Supervision: 3-4 people
