Farm Supervisor
Lucky Farms Corp. located in Delta, BC is looking for 1 farm Supervisor to join their team at the earliest.
Job Duties:
• Manage and supervise all the direct and indirect labor that works on the farm.
• Supervise breeding programs and harvest operations
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Marketing the farm’s products and buying supplies such as fertilizers and seeds
• Maintaining and monitoring the quality of yield
• Training of drivers/operators to appropriately utilize the assets
• Regular monitoring of the yield and taking necessary steps to improve yield.

Language: English
Salary: $19 per hour for 40 hours/week
