Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join the Marzano team.

Permanent, Full-time, 30-40 hours per week. $19.00 per hour plus gratuities. Extended Health and Dental Benefits after one year of full-time employment.
Marzano employees are entitled to 50% off Best Western hotel stays in North America as well.

Duties:

– Cooking everything on the menu;
– Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
– Supervise all food preparation;
– Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, culinary techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:

– Secondary school completion preferred;
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional cook;
– Formal training in culinary arts is an asset;
– English language ability required;
