Administrative Assistant (Fleet Maintenance Assistant)

MCL McGill Carriers Ltd is located in Delta, BC and is looking to hire a Fleet Maintenance Assistant as soon as possible.

Duties:

·         Coordinate and plan for offices services.

·         Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of

information internally.

·         Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

·         Perform administrative tasks.

·         Ensure that office procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.

·         Order office inventory prepare emails and spreadsheets.

·         Keep record of purchases.

·         Maintain drivers e-logs.

·         Issue truck permits in timely manner and keep a record of it.

·         Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager.

·         Conduct typing and data entry, tracking, verifying, and updating reports for internal use.

·         Process paperwork in a timely manner, reviewing documents (such as invoices and repair orders) for accuracy and validity.

·         Assist with scheduling service calls.

·         Perform additional duties as required by management.

 

 

Requirement:

Completion of secondary school is required.
·         Completion one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries or 1 year of related experience

·         Language: English

Salary:  $25.00 per hour for 40 hours with overtime
