MJMS Group is looking for a business development officer to join our team and grow together!

 

Position: Business development officer (NOC 41402)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Morning, Day

Hourly Wage: $49.19 – $52.20 and 30 hours per week

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 4310 Macleod Trail SW suite 201 Calgary, AB T2G 0A4

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Conduct market research to develop growth strategies and plans

·         Analyze financial data and create strategies to trim overhead costs

·         Analyze client or customer feedback to improve the business plan

·         Create sales proposals for new and existing clients

·         Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current ones

·         Create a budget and track expenses• Maintain positive market growth

·         Perform administrative tasks if needed

·         Adhere to Company policies, quality standards, follows health and safety protocol and policies.

·         Conduct marketing activities according to the business plan

·         Recruit and train new members if needed

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         A university degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration or a related field

·         Several (3 or more) years of work experience

·         Familiar with MS office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

·         Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication; Accurate, Flexibility, Initiative, Team player; Judgement; Reliability
