Mr. Sushi Restaurant is looking for a full-time line cook!

 

Position: Line Cook (Full-Time, Permanent)

Work Location: #A-1250 Lynn Valley Rd.North Vancouver, BCV7J 2A3

Working Criteria: Permanent, 40 hrs/week

Salary: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Benefit: Gratuities

Position Available: 2

 

[Duties and responsibilities]

-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

-Order supplies and equipment

-Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

-Clean kitchen and work areas

-Manage kitchen operations

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

 

[Qualifications]

– Completion of Secondary School

– At least 2 years of experience cooking in a restaurant OR Completion of a 3-year apprenticeship program for cooks

OR Completion of a college or other programs in cooking

– Previous experience preparing any Japanese cuisine preferred

– Fluent in English
