Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook various types of Korean cuisine such as stew, soup, Korean style BBQ, noodles and hotpot etc.

– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

– Maintain inventory and records of raw food materials

– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.

– Supervise kitchen staff.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required

and

Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other cooking or food safety program is required.
