Job Description:

Employer: North by Northwest Ventures Inc.

Title: Landscaping Foreman

Business Address: 13716 32nd Ave., Surrey, BC, V4P 2B8

Work Location: Various locations within Lower Mainland

Wage: $28.85 – $32.96 per hour (to be negotiated)

Number of work hours: 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% gross salary for vacation remuneration and dental and drugs insurance.

Positions Available: 2

 

Job Duties:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscapers.

– Establish work schedules and procedure of work with landscaper units.

– Plan and build landscaped environments, including lawns and other landscape structures.

– Plan and estimate materials and labour requirements for projects and order materials accordingly.

– Train Landscaper in their job duties.

– Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: Experience as a landscape and grounds maintenance labourer is required.

Language: English
