Overview
Nubo Enterprise Ltd. dba Nubo Japanese Tapas restaurant, at 739 Pandora Ave., Victoria, is looking for 3 Line Cooks.
Salary: $18.00/Hourly
Job Type: Full-Time, 40hrs/wk, Permanent
Position Available: 3(Three)
Main duties:
•Prepare and hot food cook a wide range of Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
•Create seasonal, cost-effective menu and specials of the day.
•Clean kitchen and work area.
•Maintain inventory, safety and records of food, supplies and equipment.
•Ensure operation level of profitability and client satisfaction.
•Implement recruiting, training staff if necessary
•Plan menu, determine size of food portions and estimate food cost and requirements.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of cook experience
•Japanese cooking experience is to be preferred
•Completion of Secondary School
• Friendly and team-oriented person
•English is required
