Assistant Restaurant Manager
Original Tandoori Kitchen located at 7215 Main St, Vancouver, BC requires an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality dining.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Organizing employee schedule.
• Assisting guests whenever necessary.
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead staff.
• Ensuring front of house operations are aligned seamlessly with back of house.
• Assist recruiting, hiring, training, developing, scheduling, evaluating and counselling team members.
• Ensuring health &safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain food and other supplies.
Job Requirements
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management.
• Two years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience are required.
Language: English
Wages: $26.50/hr. for 40hrs/week
