WAGE RATE: $29.00 PER HOUR (FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK)

EDUCATION: SECONDARY SCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL)

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YEARS

LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

JOB DUTIES:

·        Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls.

·        Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

·        Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

·        Write and distribute regular incoming emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

·        Prepare and monitor invoices, presentations, and reports.

·        Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

·        Develop and maintain a filing system.

·        Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

·        Order office supplies research new deals and suppliers and maintain inventory.

·        Maintain contact lists.

·        Book travel arrangements

·        Submit and reconcile expense reports.

·        Greet and provide general support to visitors.

·        Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

 

WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME IN THE MORNING OR DAY AND ON THE WEEKENDS IF REQUIRED.
