Description: Providing support and assistance to older adults with disabilities

Responsibilities and Duties

•    Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and
personal care
•    Attending appointments, Grocery shopping, events with clients
•    Transporting to and from medical/dental/specialist & other appointments when
scheduled
•    Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
•    Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing
safely and competently within the job description.
•    Documenting care done accurately and thoroughly.

Qualification Requirement:

Education:            Second School Graduation

Experience:           1 year to less than 2 years

Credentials :
•         Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
•         First Aid Certificate
•         CPR Certificate
•         Health Care Aide Certificate

Language:            Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
