Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Position Available: 2

Wage: $18-$20 per hour

Work Condition: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 5818 Beach Ave, Peachland, BC V0H 1X4

 

Job Duties:

-Direct, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food

-Keep records of stock, inventory, sales and waste.

-Recruit and train food service staff

-Adjust work schedules and procedures

-Ensure food and service meet quality control standards

-Address customers’ complaints and concerns

 

Requirements:

– Experience: at least 2 years of experience in food service field

– Education: Completion of Secondary School

College and Diploma in the related filed is a strong asset

– Language: English is required
