Pick Me Aesthetics Ltd.is looking for a permanent, full-time Retail Sales Supervisor to join our busy team!

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC: 62029)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Hourly Wage: $21.89 – $22.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: #1 1709 8 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 0S9

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate appointments, work schedules and work activities of staff

·         Delegate workloads to staff workers

·         Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of beauty and other equipment such as computers, POS system, etc. and arranging for maintenance and repair work

·         Approach with the best possible solutions when encountered with potential conflicts/issues including customer complaints

·         Generate and submit reports on sales/performance for review

·         Monitor, and develop the service quality

·         Sell products to customers when needed

·         Assist in the process of hiring/recruitment and training of new staff if needed

·         Keep the workstation neat and clean

·         Other relevant duties as assigned

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Secondary school graduation;

·         1-2 years of work experience in the retail industry

·         Knowledge and familiarity in esthetic and message products and services

·         Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customers

·         Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills

·         Team player – positive, organized, reliable and motivated; Client focus
