General Responsibilities:
- Champion Customer Service: Uphold an unparalleled standard of customer service and mentor your team to mirror this excellence.
- Team Building & Training: Create, and train your team, propelling them towards achieving daily sales targets.
Inventory Excellence: Ensure meticulous inventory management and streamline inter-store product transfers.
Store Presentation: Be the steward of impeccable store hygiene and aesthetic, making it a point of attraction for our clientele. - Payroll & Time Management: Efficiently handle your team’s payroll and timekeeping, ensuring punctuality and compliance.
- Staff Scheduling: Strategically roster staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak times.
Safety & Well-being: Create a workspace where every team member feels safe, valued, and motivated.
Mandatory Requirements:
Industry Experience: At least 2 years in retail sales and a minimum of 1 year in retail management.
Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding customer service and communication prowess to nurture and expand our client base.
Leadership Presence: Demonstrable skills in inspiring and guiding teams, alongside adeptness at implementing robust selling strategies.
Tech-Savvy: A quick grasp of new backend systems is crucial.
Industry Insight: Strong understanding and passion for the Retail, Sneaker and Streetwear industry.
