We are looking for experienced Food Service Supervisors to join Fantacity Restaurant

Position: Food Service Supervisor (Permanent)
Hourly Wage: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour (to be negotiated) (Overtime pay to be paid at 1.5 times regular wage after 8hr/day and after 40hrs/week.)
Working Hours: 35 – 40 hrs per week (Full-time)
Working Location: 1133 Robson St, Vancouver, BC, V6E 1B5, Canada
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation after 1 year of employment

Job Duties:
– Prepare staff and the establishment prior to customer arrival.
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
– Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
– Monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.

Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
or Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
– English written and verbal communication skills required.
– This position requires training staff.
