Job position: Office Administrator
Job type: Full time – Permanent (30-35 hours/week)
Salary: $31/Hour

Languages: English
Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Minimum work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

Work setting: Accounting firm

Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication, Organized
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Email and basic knowledge of computers.

Job duties and responsibilities:

– Support company operations by maintaining office systems, inventory and supervising office staff.
– Ensure proper coordination between management, clients and other staff.
– Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
– Receiving and processing communication channels including emails, regular mail and other documents.
– Complete operational requirements by scheduling, assigning work to employees and following up on the assigned tasks.
– Keep management informed by preparing and analyzing report, and identifying trends.
– Scheduling and arranging meetings, events and work schedules for the staff.
– Help management in recruiting and training employees.
– Perform other relevant job duties as and when assigned by the management.
