We are expanding our team on ground and looking to hire truck drivers to fulfill the following duties:

 

Job duties:

·         Operate commercial trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances.

·         Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

·         Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

·         Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and report any problems or maintenance needs.

·         Follow safety procedures for transporting hazardous goods.

·         Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.

·         Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delays or issues on the route.

·         Load and unload cargo, ensuring that cargo is secured properly compliant with safety requirements.

·         Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and the public.

 

 

Qualifications:

–          A minimum of high school certificate.

–          2 – 3 of working experience is needed in related job.

–          Proven work experience as a truck driver.

–          Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.

–          Good communication skills.
