Overview

Rainbow Market is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the team in Prince Rupert.

 

Permanent, full-time; $23.85 per hour plus a 50% discount on meals and drinks from the store; 40 hours per

week.

 

Duties:

 

– Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;

– Check and maintain inventory; order products as required;

– Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labeled;

– Process orders and payments;

– Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;

– Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;

– Perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

 

Requirements:

 

– Completion of secondary school is required;

– At least 1 year of previous work experience in retail sales;

– Previous experience in supervising is an asset;

– English language ability is required.
