2538305 ONTARIO INC. (dba Ramen Isshin Group) is seeking a Cook to join our team.

 

Full-time, permanent; $21.00 per hour; 32-44 hours per week. Bonus available based on performance.

 

Standard 6.4-8.8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 1:30am as required.

 

Duties:

 

·      Cook everything on the list of food production menu items.

·      Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness.

·      Maintain accurate records per HACCP requirements.

·      Provide training to new staff on matters of hygiene, record keeping and Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;

·      Japanese language ability is an asset;

·      English language ability is required.
